Workshop: Judean Diaspora and Biblical Texts in Achaemenid Egypt

Thanks to a grant from the The Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters, we are organizing a two-day workshop on Egypt, the Bible, and migrant communities in the Achaemenid Empire. The aim of the event is to bring together leading scholars working on Persian Egypt, Judeans in Elephantine, and biblical images of Judeans in Egypt.
