Development Aid in the 21st Century

Poster for the event

Join ADI for a panel discussion on ‘Development Aid in the 21st Century’ in the broader context of shifting global north-south power dynamics.

For the past 70 years, development aid has been a key overarching framework within which north-south interactions played out. In the shifting geopolitical and geoeconomic conditions, this framework is being rapidly reforged. From markets, and governance, to peacebuilding, the global south is treading another path. This evening the experts will shed a light on how does the old aid paradigm work in this setting. And how is Danish development being reconfigured in this moment.
