Educational practice in the international classroom
Karen Lauterbach, Associate Professor at CAS, has contributed to the project on Educational practice in the international classroom at University of Copenhagen
This project is aimed at assessing and testing potential solutions to specific didactic challenges while at the same time generating discussion and debate about the educational challenges presented by increasing internationalisation at the University of Copenhagen.
A result of the project is the booklet ‘Reflections and Teaching Experiences from the International Classroom’ to which Karen Lauterbach has contributed with an article on how student diversity at the Centre of African Studies can be seen to enhance student reflexivity and furthermore how the high level of internationalisation amongst students creates a lively social environment.
