Call for panels: ECAS 2019
'Africa: Connections and Disruptions', the 8th European Conference on African Studies will take place in Edingburgh on June 12 - 14. The call for panels is now open.
In 2019, Edinburgh will host the 8th European Conference on African Studies, Europe’s largest and most international conference with an African focus. ECAS 2019 will be organised by the Centre of African Studies, University of Edinburgh and take place between 12-14 June 2019.
The 8th ECAS conference will bring together 1,500 leading researchers, policymakers, and leaders from across the world. There will also be a complementary series of networking and capacity building events, aimed at the next generation of African researchers. The theme of the 2019 ECAS will be: Africa: Connections and Disruptions.
