Associate Professor Amanda Hammar gives the 5th JJ Bachofen Lecture
In November 2019, CAS Associate Professor Amanda Hammar was invited to give the 5th JJ Bachofen Lecture in Anthropology at the University of Basel. The title of her lecture was Speaking Through Houses: Interweaving Biography, Property and Personhood in Urban Zimbabwe. The Lecture has now been published and can be found here.
