Kamissa Camara on the "politics of coups"

Speaking to the Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS), Kamissa Camara lays out the topic of her research: the differing responses to military coups in West Africa by the African Union (AU) and The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
In her research, Kamissa Camara analyzes the wide spectrum of responses AU and ECOWAS have had to different coups in the past couple of years. She will present some of her findings at the seminar “West Africa's Sahel region in times of rupture and shifting global political orders,” hosted at Copenhagen University and organized by CAS and DIIS.
