Russia in Africa: Debate

Associate Professor, Stig Jensen, will be partaking in a panel debate about the Russia’s influence in Africa and the recent military coups in the Sahel region. The debate will also focus on the Wagner group’s activities and military coups in the region and how this all affects Africa’s future alliances and stability for furthering democracy. The geopolitical implications of the Russian ideology will be explored regarding the relationships between African nations.

The event will be hosted at the Center for Sundhed og Samfund/kommunehospitalet in building 35 February 8th from 17-19:30. For those interested make sure to sign up here.
