Professional Master at the Centre of African Studies
A Professional Masters programme at the Centre of African Studies (CAS) provides an advanced understanding of the diversity of the African continent and its relationship to the world, in historical, social, political, economic and cultural dimensions. Grounded in an interdisciplinary approach, it provides students with enhanced analytical skills and the ability to conduct methodologically and theoretically informed independent research.
The Professional Master at the Centre of African Studies is aimed at individuals who are interested in Africa and who seek continuing education on university level. E.g. employees of NGOs, the foreign and diplomatic service, or international organisations (e.g. the UN system), as well as consultants, journalists, nurses and teachers.
