Exams - credit transfer students
As a credit transfer student you will be registered for exams automatically (first attempt).
In case you do not pass the exam, you have the option of signing up for the same exam again, as you have three exam attempts for each course. Notice however, that the three exam attempts have to be conducted within a year following the conclusion of the course.
Sign up for re-takes by sending an e-mail to evu@teol.ku.dk before the deadline. Find the registration deadlines in the table below.
Remember to include your UCPH username, course name and the semester in your e-mail.

If you need to cancel your exam attempt, you can write to evu@teol.ku.dk before the deadline. Cancellation of exam attempts have the following deadlines:
Summer exams: Wednesday-Wednesday in week 10-11.
Winter exams: Wednesday-Wednesday in week 37-38.
You receive all exam results in the self-service at KUnet. You can also export the transcripts of the results here. Please, contact the Student Hub if you need a certified transcript.
You must submit your written exam assignment via Digital Exam. You can Log in to Digital Exam using your UCPH username and password
You will be able to see your exam in Digital Exam no later than one week before the exam starts. You will be notified via your KUmail when your exam is visible in Digital Exam.
How
- Log in to Digital Exam using your UCPH username and password
- Select the relevant exam under 'My exams'
- Press 'Next' in the right-hand corner to fill in the required information and upload your paper.
Allow enough time to upload the assignment
Make sure to log into Digital Exam so that you have enough time to
- log in
- fill in the required information about your assignment
- upload the assignment and submit.
Make sure you have enough time so you do not get into trouble if your Internet connection plays up, you have forgotten your password or something else unforeseen happens. If you do not submit before the deadline, you do not pass and you use an exam attempt.
