New Postdoc employee: Michaël Green
Michaël Green is employed as Postdoc at Centre for Privacy Studies, starting 1 June 2018.
Michaël’s research at PRIVACY will be focusing on different religious groups within different case studies and involved in-depth analysis of various kinds of primary sources. During his research, Michaël hopes to shed light on the tensions between the public and the private spheres through the prism of religion and to contribute to defining that idea of privacy in the early modern period.
Michaël holds a PhD from the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
He has previously worked on Jewish-Christian relations at the University of Geneva, mainly focusing on the image of the Jews in the eyes of the contemporary Christians and has done research on the Huguenots as tutors to the European upper classes.
We are looking forward to working with Michaël at Centre for Privacy Studies.
