PRIVACY PhD Fellow Bastian Vaucanson gives paper at the University of Ghent

PRIVACY-scholar Bastian Vaucanson will speak at the bilingual conference L'Amour et l'amitié au Grand Siècle. Love and Friendship in the Grand Siècle at the University of Ghent. Bastian will give a paper with the title: ”Le fruit défendu” : l’amitié particulière et le secret chez Fénelon.

The key-note speakers are Michael Moriarty (University of Cambridge), Hélène Merlin-Kajman (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle – Paris 3), and Jennifer Tamas (Rutgers University). The conference is organized by Delphine Calle and Astrid van Assche of the Group for Early Modern Studies (GEMS).
