Prof. Mette Birkedal Bruun interviewed on Danish Radio ‘P1 Direkte’

In the radio program, (from 5 April 2020) Prof. Mette Birkedal Bruun reflects on historical cases such as the plague in England under Queen Elizabeth I and sees it in the light of the present-day COVID-19 crisis.

During the interview, Mette talks about her research, the Christian tradition of isolation, and she illustrates how historical research is a valuable resource for our understanding of contemporary social issues.
