Centre Director Mette Birkedal Bruun joins two panels at this year’s ‘Folkemøde’ at Bornholm
Folkemødet is the annual Democracy Festival of Denmark where civil society, politicians, business, media, and universities meet for a democratic dialogue.
The Democracy Festival of Denmark is composed of various events, covering a broad variety of topics – from Energy and Climate to Health, Education and International Politics.
Mette Birkedal Bruun has been invited to join two debates on research:
The first debate is titled: Interdisciplinary Research – The Answer to Major Societal Challenges?
The panel is hosted by The Danish Council for Research and Innovation Policy, The Independent Research Fund Denmark, The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (Akademikerne), and the think tank DEA.
The second debate is hosted by the Carlsberg Foundation and is titled: Humaniora – dead or alive?
