Hui-Yi Yang gives presentation at CAA conference in New York

PRIVACY PhD student Hui-Yang is currently preparing for giving the first presentation of her PhD scholarship at the annual CAA (College Art Association) conference in New York City this February. Yang's presentation will be centered around Anna Ancher's house in Skagen, which Yang has chosen to be one of the case studies in her PhD. She will investigate the history of inhabitation with focus on light and darkness in interior spaces, and how these affected the ways in which historical persons slept in and used their bedrooms.
