Sound exhibition by Christine Jeanneret opens at Rosenborg Castle

On March 13th, the historic doors of Rosenborg Castle opened for the premiere of the new exhibition “The Sound of Rosenborg”, created by PRIVACY affiliated scholar Christine Jeanneret and composer and sound designer Martin Daske.

The exhibition takes its visitors through an exploration of the sounds of everyday life at the Copenhagen castle in the 17th century: servants’ whispers, sounds of pets and laughter from extravagant parties. ‘The Sound of Rosenborg’ creates an immersive museum experience, permitting the visitor to discover the soundscape of the historical building – an aspect that is seldom featured otherwise.

The exhibition is open to the public, running from March 14th until the end of the year. Read more about it here.
