Rethinking Reformation after the Jubilee of 2017

Gæsteforelæsning ved Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Thomas Kaufmann, Georg-August-Universität Göttingen "Rethinking Reformation after the Jubilee of 2017 - Challenges for Research and Commemoration".

Following on from an introductory reflection on the effects of the Reformation anniversary in 2017, the lecture will develop a view of current research into the Reformation. It will be followed by methodological reflections that focus on the question of what tasks arise today for a historical-philological study of Luther, also and especially in the horizon of the digital transformation of the humanities.
